I always strive to maintain good relationships with my colleagues and other departments, while delivering excellence, quality, and trust in my work. My mission is to ensure robustness in all the activities I undertake, thereby guaranteeing process reliability and product quality.Although I have a background in the premium vehicle segment (Jaguar Land Rover), I currently represent Nissan, where I have the opportunity to experience new challenges and expand my knowledge of mass production.My main focus is currently on projects (new models and model year changes), where I manage activities, define processes, and analyze problem-solving and quality issues, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and deadlines. This role has allowed me to broaden my international experience, having lived for 6 months in Japan to support validation events at Nissan's Global Production Engineering Center (GPEC).
