Studio DOT is a premedia studio focused on project roll-out, artwork management and adaptation, image and color management, processes diagnosis and customization. We’re responsible for adapting all packaging artworks for Coca-Cola Brasil, supporting project management and print production as also working as administrators of the artwork management and approval system.As a project manager, I guide and support all Coca-Cola Brasil packaging adaptation projects, from inicial review to delivery. I receive and clarify requests and goals in collaboration with client project leaders, working closely with DOT experts.- Start and follow up ongoing projects with key areas responsible for concluding milestones and processes;
- Support on prioritizing a high number of concomitant projects, managing demands and expectations of client’s project leaders;- Consolidate and distribute information and documents needed for projects progress;- Communicate specific needs to teams involved in packaging processes (i.e. regulatory, technical, legal);- Support and organize project’s history and documentation, gathering learning of previous activities;- Follow on productivity KPIs and produce periodic reports about workflow and project progress, reviewing processes and looking for improvements chances;- Propose solutions to short-term challenges that may compromise projects progress;- Support the organization onbording new employees and associates on packaging related processes.

As Blue administration leader, I admin artwork management and approval software for Brazil, guiding and supporting users on their use or resolving issues.- Ensure proper operation of artwork packaging project’s workflows and approvals cycles;- Ensure proper update of company’s products and packaging technical information databases;- Ensure proper organize of artworks and packaging file assets and their statuses;- Support external users (bottlers, suppliers, agencies), guiding on queries and general questions and directing accordingly whenever IT help was necessary;- Promote good practices and provide guidance and training for client’s project leaders;- Keep constant contact with the software developer for troubleshooting and discussion of improvements implementation.

In 2015 Estima Marcas Vivas was incorporated and turned to an exclusive in-house creative studio for Embelleze's group of companys and brands. I started designing and art directing for Embelleze's Professional brands as for consumer brands such as Tonaliza, Nutrire, Afrohair, Vitay and Natucor, also starting to work for Novex, one of the most valuable company brands, after a few months.My role was to start and design visual projects placed under my responsibility, from conception to final execution, getting involved on briefing and approval meetings with brand managers, producing digital mockups and physical prototypes. It included creating concepts, brand supports, graphic elements and visual keys for the design team, as well as supporting brand managers with art suppliers such as printers, photographers, packaging suppliers and prepress production team​

Estima was a branding and design studio responsible for creating to all Embelleze's institutional and consumer brands, among other small clientes. I started as designer, creating from labels to packages, institutional brochures and pop itens. Art directed and assisted photograph sessions, always working together in post-production, image retouching and final artwork.​

Pharmaceutical market specialized agency. I was responsible for art directing and design of the agency main projects, working as a team with 2 assistant designers, creating all kinds of pieces including ad, promo and selling campaigns, pop items, posters, brochures, house organs and sign projects.

Promotional and Retail Marketing agency. I started as a trainee and showing interest and ease of learning, I was hired as a designer after 11 months, working on printed materials, brochures, solutions in graphic design, promotional items and retail.
