Arena is a Marketing-focused startup aimed at generating engagement and my main objective is to promote a culture of quality within the agile team by introducing testing concepts, the best testing approaches for each developed product, and for each layer of the application. I evangelize the team through Tech Talks or daily meetings, emphasizing the importance of testing. Currently, I am the only QA in the team and part of the platform team, which allows me to closely collaborate with the DevOps team. In this role, I create regression tests (with a focus on critical points) using Cypress frameworks for front-end and back-end testing, K6 for performance testing (all aligned with technical and functional requirements and in coordination with the product team). I also utilize the GitHub extension, Copilot, to assist in test automation using artificial intelligence. Additionally, I am responsible for creating and maintaining an up-to-date test pipeline, executing tests, and providing notifications through communication tools.

Responsible for structuring tests at Kavak Brasil, with the main activity of disseminating the Quality culture within the development team. Assisting the business areas in shaping the stories, pinpointing critical points for homologation, understanding the criticality from the end-users perspective, and applying testing techniques to determine the best way to test (using end-to-end, integrated, and service tests). Organizing activities, estimating delivery time, keeping tests up-to-date by creating regression tests and making them available in the pipeline. The sole QA representative in Brazil, maintaining direct contact with QA's, Devs, and Business teams in Mexico and Argentina.

Quality Specialist, aiming to bring the QA culture to the Squad. Participating in various projects using the agile methodology, analyzing requirements, suggesting improvements, bringing innovations, evaluating the team's capacity, conducting test planning, regression impact analysis, the feasibility of automating the validation process, and integrating it into the DevOps pipeline. Additionally, transferring knowledge of project innovations/changes, analyzing incidents, managing allocated analysts, homologation time, team costs for the project, and working towards continuous improvement to align the process with the testing pyramid, thereby reducing costs, time, and increasing the quality of deliveries.

Product Owner in 5 applications, overseeing the development of new and existing features, participating in meetings with the business area, grooming, dailies, reviews, and retrospectives. Responsible for understanding the needs of each stakeholder to develop stories. Leadership of the development studio, prioritizing deliveries, validating acceptance criteria, pre-testing, and system validation. Opening and monitoring implementation requests, defining priorities, and validating automated tests. Monitoring production incidents and prioritizing support. Managing the schedule of activities for each project involving the development studio and end clients. Managing consumed hours/project costs. Responsible for continuous analysis of deliveries and suggesting necessary improvements to better meet customer needs.
