In my current role, I am following my passion for IT and computational thinking. I am currently an Apple Teacher, an Apple Teacher (Swift Playgrounds) and a Google Educator. During my career so far, I have been member of Senior Management teams, SENCO, IT lead teacher, eLearning Lead teacher, IT support and Classroom teacher. My roles in schools have been very varied. I immigrated from UK to NZ in 2004 and now live in Auckland with my family. I was an Educational Consultant freelancer who worked for Pearson Education, Bubble Dome, Ezlunch and other companies. My role as Educational Consultant was very diverse and includes such skills as; writing, critiquing, problem solving, trouble-shooting, editing, Market Research, creativity, Critical Thinking, Business Planning, attention to detail, Product Designing, presenting, running workshops for children and Teachers. I also worked closely with children and parents, preparing them for school, giving them essential skills to become lifelong learners and guiding parents on how to support their child at home.
