Provides customer support to visitors to the Asian American Resource Center, and helps with planning and facilitating the signature programs of the Asian American Studies Program, such as the BeComing Speaker series, Spam and Eggs breakfasts, and Book of the Week posts

Participated in the IMPACT Fellowship, a summer internship placement program designed by the US Asia Institute in collaboration with the Philippine Embassy. Apart from an internship placement with APIAVote, the Fellowship includes professional development programs throughout the summer, such as panels with staff at various non-profit and government bodies, and visits to the Philippine Embassy

Collaborates with the Executive Board of the Shakespeare Troupe to manage the recruiting of new members, the facilitation of events for the general body, and the smooth production of our semesterly Shakespeare show.Developed skills in teamwork, accepting feedback, and in creating vibrant work cultures through acting in 5 different semester shows.Served as the solo director of the Fall 24 semesterly production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream", which involved casting, coordinating the time and location of rehearsals up to 3 times a week, arranging and purchasing props, carrying out a specific and new vision for the production of the show, and creating a cast culture welcoming to first-time actors.

Manages the function of the club, recruiting of new members, and the production of our semesterly journal. Has written a piece for the last 5 semesterly issues and writes for the blog. Is heavily involved in the editing of every piece written for the journal. Our Spring 2023 Issue won journal of the year up against 25+ competing journals

As one of the Communications Interns for APIAVote, I primarily report to the Anti-Disinformation Project Manager. Daily work involves monitoring stories in the news that could potentially be susceptible to large amounts of disinformation which could harm AAPI populations particularly. Major projects over the summer have included the massive overhaul of the "Countering Disinformation Guide" that is currently on the APIAVote website, and work on the creation of a new APIAVote Messaging Guide to be distributed to partners of the organization. Apart from work directly related to disinformation, I have also been involved in the planning and facilitation of APIAVote's other signature event, such as our Congressional Reception and our Presidential Townhall

Worked together with a team to develop programs and events aimed at the Asian community on campus. Planned and facilitated several events every semester with a 30+ person turnout, helped to run our end of year gala 2 years in a row with 200+ attendance.Was chosen to give a speech at Cornell's Asian Alumni Association annual banquet in New York city, to a crowd of 200+ attendees, and was also chosen to give a speech at the Asian & Asian American Center's 15 year anniversary celebration to around 100 attendees.

During the Cornell Orientation season of 2022, and 2023, I served as an Orientation Leader. For the 2022 year, this involved meeting up with a group of over 30 students three times in which I answered questions, gave advice from my time at Cornell, and helped to connect some students to groups that they were interested in. In the 2023 season, I led groups with co-leaders rather than alone, and I led multiple small groups this time and had the opportunity to get to know some students on a more individual level, some of whom became my friends. On a whole, this experience tested my ability to be able to listen well, speak well, understand the needs of a group, and coordinate with other leaders.

Collaborated with Professor Manuel Reyes, a leading researching in Conservation Agriculture, to do independent research on the intersection between Filipino labor policies and agricultural policies, culminating in a research paper published to assist Dr. Reyes in his work. As part of the experience, I spoke with Filipino Congressmen, businessmen, farmers, and educators, as well as read many journal articles and other writings in order to gain a holistic view of the topic I was researching. Alongside this work, this experience included plentiful volunteering in local schools and churches to help the community.
