- Formulated concept design of Smart City projects - Led the structuring and financing of PPP agreements with municipal entities - Oversaw the execution of PPP agreements with cities and technology partners- Set up local operations teams and supervised project implementation

- Managed $30+M per annum multi-sector project across 10 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, with headquarters in New York and 2 regional offices (Dakar and Nairobi). - Oversaw and coordinated the creation of multi-year workplans, budgets and reporting mechanisms and advised individual sectors, including Infrastructure, Education, Health, Agriculture, Nutrition and Water and Sanitation, covering a population of approximately 500,000 people- Designed and implemented a web-based Performance Management System to track progress on outputs, key performance indicators and expenditures- Resulted in an updated program structure, streamlined planning, operations, budgets, and implementation processes- Facilitated donor reporting and partnership management

- Managed implementation and supervision of the Infrastructure Sector activities for the Millennium Villages Project in 10 countries in sub-Saharan Africa.- Performed extensive fieldwork in sub-Saharan Africa (Ghana, Nigeria, Mali, Senegal, Tanzania, Malawi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda) supporting regional offices and local teams on infrastructure planning, implementation and monitoring issues.

- Conducted research on qualitative and quantitative data to align infrastructure sector progress and the United Nations’ Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), including coverage targets.- Supervised the design and evaluation of 100+ infrastructure projects based on the multi-year strategies.

- Developed strategic annual plans and road project designs for the Province of Granada. - Directed and supervised the implementation of projects for roads, and bridges construction.- Led technical and economic certification process of completed construction projects.

- Supported the construction of the high-speed railway Sevilla-Granada. - Managed logistics and production teams for timely execution of works.
