To carry out this planning, I must analyze sales, operation, performance, productivity, forecast, etc. variables. In addition, I am developing and implementing a new product for the automation of the allocation of HC in the Operation with AI, I am also developing Dashboards with BI tools and I am the Owner of the entire planning process of Fulfiment (Main sales process of Mercado Libre).

Responsible for carrying out annual, monthly and daily sales planning, performing market behavior analysis, promoting sales strategies and impacting them in sales planning. Preparation of sales forecast, stock management of all distributors in Argentina, measurement of Fill Rate of each distributor (KPI that measures the number of SKUs that each client has in relation to the company's portfolio), implementation of strategies for growth of the distributors' product portfolio.I also implemented dashboards with BI tools to be able to measure stock with greater granularity and automatically compared to the system they had before they entered the stall.Together with my team, we were in charge of defining available Targets and Budgets for each quarter and each year.

Business analyst and PMO for data analysis projects, performing the pertinent analysis of the status of the project, generating insight for the growth of the business and scalability of the company to which we acted as consultants and development of dashboards with Power BI in order to capture the analyzes and substantiate decisions/recommendations that we made towards clients for the growth of their companies.I was able to work in a team and lead it as a PMO, assigning roles, initiatives and strategies for its development.
