- Successfully lobbied for the adoption of a Declaration on Protected Areas and Climate Change by 19 Latin American countries in August 2015, which was presented at the UNFCCC COP21 in December 2015 in Paris, France- Revised and drafted multiple publications to position Amazon protected areas as climate change strategies, including an analysis of relevant public policies in Amazon countries and a policy brief on the issue aimed at government officials and other relevant audiences- Assisted in the organization of a side event and a press conference during the 21st Conference of the Parties (COP21) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) to position the issue of Protected Areas as natural solutions to climate change in the framework of the UNFCCC- At COP21 in Paris, France, actively lobbied with Latin American governments and beyond to further position protected areas in the context of global climate change negotiations

- Managed the Embassy's Bilateral Program and Prosperity Funds for up to £88,000 annually, implementing development projects in the areas of environment and human rights- Through London-based bidding processes, increased the Embassy’s aid budget from £30,000 to £67,000 for financial year 2014 – 2015- Conceptualized environmental communications training program for 20+ journalists to be implemented by a regional NGO in Lima, Peru ahead of the 2014 Climate Change Summit- Delivered a workshop on Project Design and Evaluation to representatives of 30 Ecuadorean Non-Government Organizations for them to apply to Embassy project funding; continue to serve as a SME on this topic- Produced political and economic analyses for senior officials in Quito and London- Increased Ecuador’s level of priority for the UK from “low” to “medium” in Climate Change negotiations through active lobbying with Ecuadorean officials
