Current- Manage 6 – 9 client unique relationships and projects ranging from $1,500 - $90,000 in value daily, consisting of 2 – 3 internal team members per client project
- Earned Qualtrics Customer Experience (CX) Expert Certification in June 2019
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose technical or visual issues with Qualtrics software
- Perform quality assessments on surveys and dashboards prior to launch through rigorous testing, ensuring product interacts with respondents according to client’s request
- Manage and schedule client communications for project launch, progress reports, final presentations, and continuing case management
- Analyze open text responses by creating a categorical model to understand customer and employee insights
