To manage the overall provision of HR & Payroll services, policies and programs for the Group by working closely with the Group at an operational and strategic level. The Group has over 250 permanent staff and 2000 sessional staff, across 9 campuses and 3 states.

To effectively run and manage the HR department, whilst overseeing the daily running of the IT and Marketing departments. With a primary objective being to facilitate the development, implementation and management of human resource solutions, policies, processes and approaches that build the organisation's capability and effectiveness to deliver business objectives.

Business partnering assigned divisions through providing advice and support to managers at all levels on People Management issues & related projects.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR department. Also operated as the central contact point on all operational issues. Worked on a project basis in the development & implementation of HR Programs.

Provide general Human Resource support for approximately 250 personnel representing different capabilities and career levels.

Central point of contact for HR operational issues for Partners, Managers and staff, acting as an internal consultant and adviser. Looking after 3 external client sites based in Melbourne, visited weekly - in total 150 employees.
