The Good Therapy Works is set in the gloriously beautiful peaceful surroundings of the Somerset countryside, within easy access of the M5 (Junction 23 - 15 minutes drive). Jo set up the Good Therapy Works to offer a range of solution focused therapies to support and enhance mental and emotional wellbeing, where clients can make positive changes taking back control of their futures. The Good Therapy Works also offers a range of balancing, relaxing and rejuvenating bodywork treatments including aromatherapy massage and reflexology. Business and personal life coaching is also available in addition to counselling and hypnotherapy for adults, couples, children and adolescents.Our therapy specialisms include offering solution focused hypnotherapy for support of generalised anxiety, fertility and child birth, fears, phobia, weight management and sleep disorders. We also offer a range of luxurious bodywork massage and reflexology treatments using only responsibly sourced oils and products (accredited organic where available) to enable clients to experience individually blended relaxing and invigorating treatments for mind and body.

My development and implementation of the successful training and communication strategy, delivery of face to face training to over 3,000 delegates. Development of interactive training support materials design, production and distribution nationwide as part of the overall strategy and marketing plan. Web based support tools were designed, developed and reviewed for effectiveness and usability throughout the project. Dedicated marketing research analysis, using a range of tools, revealed very high levels of customer satisfaction. Responses from surveys revealed 95% of respondents found the project communications effective, with the overall take up rates showing almost maximum participation. Financial control was managed with early indications showing training activities to be delivered on time and under budget. • Had full budgetary control for project work streams; • Promoted customer relationship marketing activities and direct marketing campaign
