- Operations- CIO/IT Management- Business Development- Key Account Management- ConsultancyI joined the management team in a small customer service company and later, after a management buyout in 2006, I become one of three partners. Being an entrepreneur has its ups and downs but foremost it’s given me tons of experience. I’ve done business development, sales and marketing, operations, training, key-account management, strategic IT planning, people management and much more. At the same time, I’ve worked closely with our clients to develop their business and creating the best customer experience possible. During those years, I’ve gained experience from many different industries but must highlight non-profit/found raising, real estate/facility management, travel, media, insurance and e-commerce as my specialties.

As a consultant focusing on a wide aspect of customer service; I was project manager, business developer, quality- and process evaluator, system integrator and reporting wizard, all at once.But I truly enjoined the opportunity to work with different organisations, facing challenges, finding solutions.

- Technical Support- Quality Assurance and training- Outsource management- Business AnalysisI began in Sweden, but most of my Compaq years were in the European call center in Ireland. I started on a technical path but switched to coaching, quality assurance and process improvement. I simply realized my passion was in the business and the people, rather than in the computers. I was also given the opportunity to be part of implementing an outsource program. As the role was quite wide, it gave me a 360 degree perspective into service delivery that’s been guiding me ever since. The role as Senior Business Analyst included operational analysis, balanced scorecards, customer satisfaction, capacity forecasting (WFM), project management and being the link between operations and IT. Looking back on the time in that multi-lingual, corporate environment; I realize now it was a brilliant school, I learned so much, and had the time of my life doing it.
