I enjoy helping people reach their goals, using a solution-focused approach where appropriate.At the University of Brighton I worked with careers professionals, students and lecturers on degree courses relating to STEM, Art, Design & Media, Humanities, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, and Sports & Service Management:• Providing careers guidance on one-to-one basis and to groups to students; developing and delivering employability and job-search workshops to students; supporting lecturers in embedding employability skills in curriculum.• Developing and implementing student and staff volunteering service on campus by sourcing safe, supported and rewarding placements from over 100 local not-profit organisations, matching students with placements and supporting students and organisations throughout.
