Ensures that staff completes projects accurately and in a timely manner; ensures staff have needed resources to complete assigned projects; establishes goals, performance measures and project deadlines; and may act as a liaison between IT and other departments.Research new technology to determine technology needs, of all departments; meets with vendors; and maintains current knowledge of new technology, hardware and software.Monitor departmental budget; research and gather documentation for future projects; prepares estimates and anticipated project cost; purchase equipment and technology; and participate in developing the budget.Perform other related duties as assigned.
