Working on the project of : Emerging Voices: How Syrian Newcomers and Other Key Stakeholders Perceive Canada's three Sponsorship Programs for Refugee (Re)settlement , the project involves knowledge co-creation, exchange, and mobilization to compare the effectiveness of Canada's three refugee sponsorship programs.

• Actively tackling and coordinating effective communication with contractors and government super supervisory bodies. • Establishing a clear and well defined processing cycle for administration, follow ups and gauging project’s progress.• Facilitating engagement for new contractors/sub-contractors with the work flow and documentation System approved by the society’s board

- Checking Welding procedure specifications (WPS’s), Welders’ qualifications, calibration and materialscertificate.- Identifying that welding consumables such as electrodes, filler wire, fluxes, shielding gases and any special requirements are conforming to Client & Standards' requirements.- Carrying out visual inspection to ascertain acceptability of appearance of welds- Carrying NDT tests and the paperwork needed.

- Supervising contractors’ fabrication work (Cutting, Fit up, Assembly, Welding, Painting)- Making sure that all items are fabricated according to drawings and according to client recommendation.- Conducting NDT Tests &Verifying test results against Code limitations and acceptance criteria.
