I advise on communications both internal and external, culture, business development along with scoping out true strengths and weakness and identifying complex risks. Projects I have enjoyed working with are: Elements of Toronto assisting in diversification into a new area of the business, Countplus One formulating a workable business development plan, Countplus Diversity and Culture Committee, Evolution Community Engagement such as the Evolution Charity Cup. I combine my full-time role as a part equity owner and Director of Evolution Advisers, working as the Business Manager with external work through Bright Management to balance out not-for-profit and passion projects.

Together with the Board of Directors I worked with community leaders and experts to establish a formidable Community Foundation. It was only with the benefit of my input into ensuring compliance with the strict regulatory and governance requirements for such Foundations that this wonderful philanthropic organisation became operational. It is rewarding to assist other organisations to see their dreams of giving back become a reality.
