Integrity is everything.I am an organizational development professional who has cultivated a successful leadership career in the not-for-profit sector after making the personal move from the UK to Canada in 2005. In what I refer to as my 'training wheels for the career I was meant to have', I learned a huge amount working in my native UK and later in India as a senior leader in sales and training for an international retailer. A marriage to a Canadian and a move to Vancouver, BC saw a career-shift to not-for-profit. Another move to Nova Scotia in 2010 cemented that shift and I have since applied my skills in the fields of HIV/AIDS, heart disease, sexual health, physical disability, and dementia.I have a passion for equity, community, people, strategy, diversity, unity, travel, and driving positive change.Connecting people with their cause is my lifeblood.
