About Jo Britton

I'm founder of award-winning business PACE Development. I'm an experienced marketing and business leader and a certified personal performance coach (with distinction) and the UK’s first and only certified Neurosculpting® practitioner (think brain rewiring and retraining, flow and performance optimisation in one). I work with entrepreneurs, leadership teams and professionals from a range of industry sectors to help them maximise business, marketing and personal performance and without burning themselves out in the process. Amongst my recent client successes include a start up business owner who generated £50k of sales in just 8 weeks and an entrepreneur who achieved his first ever £100k revenue week. I've also helped others to build their brand, attract and win new business through smart lead generation strategies, create saleable products and services, win promotions at work and start and scale their businesses with clarity and confidence. Prior to this, I held a range of executive leadership, director and senior management positions in industry including in marketing and sales. I have an MBA and BA (Hons) and am a Certified DISC practitioner and CMD trained image consultant. I've judged the UK Business Awards, been a visiting lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University’s Fashion Institute, key note speaker at the Institute of Leadership and Management and Contributor to their Edge publication. My work has been featured in the national, local and trade press including BBC radio.I also host Mojo Matters, a podcast which reached number 4 in the iTunes Entrepreneur charts in 72 hours of its launch and am the originator of the MOJO Method and MOJO Membership – a movement, community and membership for people who want to earn more, achieve more and believe in themselves more.I co-host The Broad Room podcast and live events - an emotionally literate space for professional women to navigate personal and professional challenges whilst being unapologetically themselves.
