I have worked individual commission sales, led teams that were the same, and worked in retail environments ranging from $2 million to $40 million in revenue per year. New challenges and environments excite me and I am always committed to knowing the aspects of my business, leading by example, and creating a culture that promotes recognition for results, regular development, and celebration for success.My abilities include that of developing and leading teams of up to 80 people, developing successful sales strategy, handling service workloads of hundreds of customer experiences a day, and overseeing all aspects of operations. That success stems from dedication to connecting and developing team members, strong communication and follow up, and balancing accountability with recognizing success. The passions that I find in personal life such as electronics, running, hiking, and triathlon enable me to even further find common ground in diverse environments and also keep me fired up and active each and every day!
