The Environment is a quarterly print magazine and monthly digital newspaper distributed to CIWEM's 11,000 members in 90 countries around the world. As editor, I commission, write and edit articles on all manner of topics relating to the water and environmental management sectors. Working with CIWEM's content, policy and engagement teams, as well as our designer and sales executive at Syon Publishing, I project manage each 48-page print magazine from scratch, creating content to inform, educate and entertain our readers and prompt debate on the most vital issues affecting this industry. The monthly themed digital newsletter, which I commission and edit alongside CIWEM's head of content, offers additional topical takes from industry leaders and academics, with content available to view to non-members on the website.
