I’ve learned that what I do best is to weave people together into the fabric of something much more significant than as individuals. I’m a natural connector, always creating some new combination of skill sets and talents. I am at my best and most excited when uniting people, technologies, projects, and ideas. That ability has traveled well with me throughout my career and has proven to be both industry and functionally agnostic.I have spent my career working across almost every functional area of the business including Sales Strategy, Services, Finance, Ops, and Channels. I have had the opportunity to build world class global teams, work with C-suite executives, and build organizations from scratch at some of the largest technology companies in the world. Getting the outcome, for me, has a foundation of removing obstacles through data-driven candid conversations in a non-confrontational style, seeded in relationships built on trust and value. I believe it is my optimism, commitment to doing what is right (even when it’s hard) and an unshakable belief that anything is possible that have been the keys to success. I continue to be completely energized and challenged by the work and even more so by the people I am fortunate enough to work with. I am grateful for every opportunity I’ve been given, for what I’ve accomplished, and always welcome the next audacious problem to solve!
