One of my first memories in school, is my teacher telling my parents, “Joanne is definitely one of the most talkative pupils and wherever I move her in class she communicates with everyone!” Throughout my life I have developed this into an art of being able to communicate well with anyone at any level. Working in the financial industry for more than 20 years has allowed me to utilise this skill in different ways, I’ve learned that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader and business.Luckily, I’m obsessed with staying organised and making everyone’s life easier. Its brings me such genuine happiness to take the burden off my family or make things more efficient and smooth running at home. Work is no different, there are many things that can grow a business but trust, loyalty, passion and being dependable are just a few key areas that I pride myself on.
