Joce began her career in at Molinare in 1985 & worked at both Edit Art & the Crypt before joining Rushes in 1992. A natural flair for business & a keen commercial mind, with a real passion for the art of post production & VFX, Joce was promoted to General Manager & then Facilities Director. In August 2001 Joce was appointed as Rushes’ Managing Director. Joce’s career is testament to knowing the business from the bottom up & inside out. From the latest in technology, to the latest in directing talent, she makes sure she knows what is happening in the industry & keeps Rushes at its forefront. Joce is exceptionally client-focused. She is incredibly proud of the team she has behind her, many of whom have built their careers at Rushes, achieving worldwide recognition as being among the best talent working in the industry. Rushes’ reputation as a pioneer of new techniques & technology has been safe in Joce’s hands.Joce was also a driving force in founding the Rushes Soho Shorts Festival in 1999, which ran for 13 years & became the Uk's premier short film festival.
