- Led the development of a new afterschool program at Old Orchard Junior High, and managed a staff of up to 7 in leading up to 67 middle schoolers in social and emotional learning.- Led marketing and recruitment of summer programming, enrolling 67 students within 2 months.- Implemented programming that uses Positive Behavior Management and Restorative Justice practices and coached staff in adhering to these strategies.- Developed curriculum for middle-school age youth that supports social and emotional learning, Civic Leadership, Career Readiness, and Cultural Connections.

- Developed and managed Art Education programming for over 500 underserved youth ages 10-22 at over 14 recreation facilities and 4 public and charter schools across Philadelphia.- Facilitated a collective impact process to develop Arts Integration, the organization’s first in-school arts integrated program model.- Co-developed the Apprentice Program, a job skills training program for young people 18-21.- Spearheaded partnership with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation (PPR) to develop Arts & Artists Outdoors (A2O), developed annual reports and presented to PPR commissioner to sustain funding,- Coordinated an arts integration consultancy with the Lincoln Center Institute & facilitated professional development opportunities for staff.
