    My main assignment has been to transform LMLC, with the starting up of a Sales and Marketing Department, from a production unit towards a customer focused company. Many procedures have been created, so that LMLC becomes customer oriented, such as customer care, the treatment of customer complaints and also the handling of day to day deliveries to Distributors and direct clients in collaboration with the production department and the warehouse.I was in charge of the sales and marketing of products other than those forming part of the Government Tender. I also dealt with Panexport, a sister company of the Food and Allied Group for the export of LMLC’s products. I Launched ʺLes Moulinsʺ flour in plastic bags. Despite being 70% more expensive than subsidized flours, ʺLes Moulinsʺ holds, nonetheless 35% market shares. Blédor, hovering in the up market category, maintains itself with a price being twice as much as subsidized flours. In terms of B2B, I launched ʺFarine des Alizésʺ, a range of flour in 25 kg bags for the export market. I revamped the range of premixes for special breads and the range of bread improvers. I have also commercialized a brand of instant dried yeast for the local and export markets. I was also in charge of the development and the launching of new products.I worked closely with some local industries in the transformation of flour. I was a member of the subcommittee for AMM (Association of Mauritian Manufacturers) working on the label for Mauritian Manufacturers "made in moris". I was also a Member of LMLC’s Quality Management Review Committee (QMRC) and was also a member of the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).I was the leader of the taskforce for the new dedicated website of Les Moulins de La Concorde. I started the project for the Facebook page of Blédor.
