I excel at building connections with others and thrive in team environments.During my time in the treasury section of the accounting department at Sheetz, I developed valuable skills in reconciling cash deposits, processing invoices, and investigating register discrepancies. I also researched service desk tickets at the store level, enhancing my problem-solving abilities. Collaborating with my coworkers on various projects allowed me to contribute to resolving internal issues and improving company operations.My time in the Sheetz Fellowship has equipped me with extensive knowledge in project management, an entrepreneurial mindset, networking skills, and leadership abilities. One of the highlights of the program was leading the Networking for Success event for Penn State Altoona students. This event provided students with valuable opportunities to connect with local business professionals and enhance their communication and networking skills. Additionally, the Sheetz Fellowship has fostered my commitment to servant leadership, allowing me to engage with the community and give back meaningfully.
