Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living and personal hygiene, help patients ambulate, and turn, position, and transfer patients. Assist nurses during treatments and examinations, obtain and record vital signs, apply restraints on the order of a physician, and follow all company policies. Provide patient comfort, answering patients' call lights and requests, provide documentation and report observations to nursing supervisor.

Scheduled appointments, took vital signs, performed immunizations, provided wound care and basic exams and procedures, including ear lavages and audio tests. Performed blood withdrawals, handled specimens, ordered supplies, and conducted verification of insurance.
