Accountable for providing the short- and long-term goals and the overall strategic direction for the areas including but not limited to: Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, Workforce Management, Business Process Automation, System Configuration, and Ops Optimization. In addition, responsible for the business optimization associated with each of these areas to meet the organization’s short and long-term objectives and regulatory body requirements. As part of the Operational Excellence leadership team, this role will provide counsel to the SVP of Operational Excellence and will report out to the Budget and Portfolio Oversight Committee for Corporate Strategic Project Portfolio Management.

Responsible for developing strategy and leading the Company’s overall efforts in implementing existing commercial client renewals and benefit changes, as well as new client installations. The oversight of the end-to -end enrollment process includes extensive strategy development and system workflow design. Responsible for driving the Company toward operational excellence and efficiency, through end-to-end process management and technology development for the Sales and Marketing Division.
