My role at PCM is to provide solutions in the data center for all of my clients. I work with clients to help build their business. I help build their businesses by finding solutions towards their IT needs, and create environments which enables their business to become flexible, effiecent, and more time manageable; leveraging both on cap ex and op ex outflow. I provide all the resources to help business professionals find solutions to all projects in the data center. Other skills needed for the job which I exceed include: customer service, availability, product knowledge, quote pricing, product inventory, flexibility, and "number crunching" skills.
