Accounts PayableResponsible for receiving and processing invoices. Labeling and scanning invoices into excel and the accounting system. Maintaining record of payments. Contacting vendors for necessary paperwork. Mailing out checks. Reconciling cash from daily transactions.Accounts ReceivableProcessing payments and posting transactions in the accounting system. Running aging reports for different accounts. Assist with monthly bank reconciliations. Contacting customers to collect payments or inquire about payment status. Reconciling cash from daily sales and will call sales.

Majority of the duties performed include taking customers orders, accepting payments, bagging appropriate orders, and delivering the orders to customers in a timely manner. More duties include utilizing customer service when talking to customers, solving problems, answering phone calls, and more. In addition to utilizing team leadership skills and encouraging team cohesiveness for an effective work environment. This particular business is constantly busy, so working as a team and having elaborate communication is key to success.

As a Bakery Clerk, I was responsible for the following:1. Opening Shift : Rotating old/new inventory on the sales floor and making sure the sales floor looked whole and full of variety. Packaging all newly baked goods that were baked in the early morning by the Baker. Paperwork regarding sales performance.2. Closing Shift : Continuously refill any holes on the sales floor, making sure that the sales floor will last until the next morning. Breaking down load of new inventory and rotating inventory within the freezers. Making fresh bread for customers at designated times, assisting with taking cake orders, customer service. Slicing and repackaging all baked breads, cleaning out any cases (i.e donut case, bollilo rolls case). Paperwork on inventory that was put out on the sales floor that night. Ensuring a clean working environment in the bakery and on the sales floor.Back-up Baker Shift: Lengthy process of baking everyday goods such as fresh donuts, bagels, and other breads. Rotating and taking record of inventory to be able to know what to produce for that day, in anticipation of sales. Completing any special orders by customers.

(Formerly known as Wet N' Wild Phoenix but recently bought out by Six Flags)The admissions department is responsible for:1) Toll Booths: Employees assigned to this position would collect payments for parking from entering guests2) Ticket Booth: Employees were responsible for the sales of tickets, season passes, and much more.3) Season Pass: Employees assigned to this position were in charge of helping guests purchase and/or starting their new memberships with benefits and assigning members cards and wristbands as well as any accessories coming with their purchase.4) Retail: Employees were responsible for restocking and working the cash register in the retail shop.5) Lockers: Employees were responsible for upkeeping the cleanliness of the locker area and helping guests buy lockers or helping with any malfunctions of the lockers6) Tube and Cabana Rentals: Employees assigned this shift were responsible for helping guests who prepaid for cabana rentals and also working the cash register for those who wanted to rent cabanas and tubes during their visit.7) Surveys: This position was only given to qualifying employees. I was a part of this survey position in which ATS and GSS surveys were administered every day to the public.I worked all listed shift types above. There was never a fixed position for any of the employees working in the admissions department; all shift types were given to everyone.
