I am a dedicated Mechanical Engineering graduate from Cedarville University, currently serving as a Process Improvement/Manufacturing Engineer at Marmon Holdings, Inc., in the Transportation Products Group. With a strong foundation in Lean methodologies, I excel in deploying and implementing continuous improvement processes that enhance safety, quality, cost efficiency, inventory management, delivery, and productivity. My role involves leading Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and lean transformation project management, where I leverage my skills in teamwork and leadership while fostering a collaborative environment. These projects are conducted with the local companies’ most important KPIs in mind, ensuring constant alignment with the local team to meet end goals and deliverables. My background includes a collegiate soccer career, hands-on volunteer construction work, and excelling in multiple collaborative group settings in school, sports, and work.
