As Assistant Accounting Manager, be in charge of Accounting & Reporting, Managing company assets (FA, IA, ROU) as Pilot of WG, FP&A and Budget management, Generation, implementation and audit Financial Regulations, Organizing and carrying out External and Internal Audits, Responding to financial inquiries by gathering, interpreting and prepare data, and ERP implementation etc.

Help generate SOP system and templates to improve work efficiency;Help generate new management analysis report to evaluate online sales performance;During the rotation, work as Treasury & AR and AP & GL accountant at FSSC for 24 hotels, which are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Hebei, Shanxi and etc.Be responsible for timely and accurate payment, invoices management, balance of all bank accounts, AR related entry and AR analysis report as Treasury & AR &AP accountant;In charge of monthly accounting work including the entry booking, assets management, accrual accounting, month-end closing, BS reconciliation report, tax filing, and so on as GL accountant;Reconcile Transactions within managerial companies and franchised hotels;Help with generate quarterly analysis of BS and P&L report;Help with Financial Statements Consolidation and the Group Corporate Annual Report.
