Responsible for gathering requirements for creating and updating processes for project teams. Also, determined impact of changes on existing methodology processes and online content. Other responsibilities included: * Managed quarterly and on-time releases in a collaboration tool for project teams that provided streamlined and consistent content to achieve successful project implementations * Facilitated working sessions with internal and external IT support teams on requirements to analyze potential and immediate impacts on current methodology processes and tools.
