Current roles and responsibilities as Program Lead include:• Successfully lead the Healthy Living portfolio, strategically building and expanding the portfolio while managing 3-7 global, regional or national-level programs at a time focused primarily in Sub-saharan Africa, North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.• Convene and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of society, including international NGOs, UN agencies, governments and grassroots organizations, on culturally relevant social and behavior change communications programs and campaigns to shift harmful attitudes, behaviors and social norms.• Deliver on all aspects of the program life cycle, including: proposal development; preparing/monitoring budgets; conducting or overseeing research; developing communication strategies; writing and editing technical documents and reports; facilitating workshops and presenting on program impact; consulting with local partners and stakeholders.• Craft effective social impact and behavior change campaigns reaching millions through traditional and social media, conducting media outreach, maximizing engagement with key audiences, guiding amplification through integrations with influencers and issue-aligned advocacy actions, and performing analytics.• Provide knowledge expertise and guidance to programs concerning issues of public health, nutrition, MIYCN, early childhood development, reproductive health, food security and climate resilience.
