Proactively work to resolve issues and concerns.Attend all mandatory meetings including leadership meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and other location events. Actively contribute to program initiatives and positive work environment. Respond to location and organizational needs by attending regional training, contributing to a newsletter, serving on a task force, or substituting at another location.Establish relationships with local early childhood community and actively participate in community groups. Model flexibility and an openness to new ideas in child care practices. Demonstrate commitment to lifelong learning by actively engaging in continuing professional development.
