Handle large volume of phone and email inquiries from on-line customers related to the online search and filing system. Possess knowledge on all UDS on-line products including issues related to the Uniform Commercial Code, corporate services, litigation, and public records. Investigate technical issues, resolve database issues, process credits, and escalate problems as needed. Document all calls/emails via case management software (SalesForce.com) in a timely manner and utilize in-house software programs. Train new users on processing filings and searches via iLien Online. Support sales executives with their client base by identifying potential revenue growth. - Recognized during Quarter 3 Awards for providing excellent customer service.

Report to Loan Documentation Supervisor (AVP). Review an average of 15 loan documentations a day submitted by 38 branches, abiding byline perfection standards and State/Federal regulations. Interface with banking assistances and lenders via e-mail and telephone. Maintain technical exception system and clear items that are deemed satisfactory, and file UCC continuations electronically via iLienOnline. Review and ensure integrity of loans that have been loaded into system.
