What I do...I’m Head of Delivery at Carbon Law Partners. Everyone at Carbon knows my favourite word… sparkle! Under my leadership, the delivery team makes sure that everything runs smoothly – as if by magic. My mission is to make our Partners happier every day. I welcome new joiners to the team and explain how to do things the Carbon way. When I’m not supporting Partners or chivvying people along on their behalf, you’ll find me streamlining our procedures. How can my team help every Partner to achieve their business goals? At Carbon, we know there’s always a better way for businesses and lawyers to work together. It’s my job to roll these choices out as practical solutions. I love getting stuck into every project and seeing it through to the review stage. When a Partner or team member comes to me with a new suggestion, I feel really excited. I get a buzz from empowering Carbon’s Partners to deliver sector leading service to their clients. That’s why I’m proud to be a member of Carbon’s Business Quality Risk Forum. Recently, the Partners and hub team awarded me Carbon Spirit of Excellence 2016. My approach defines the Carbon way. I enjoy working with enthusiastic, hard-working people with a bit of spirit. I treat others the way I would like to be treated – by being supportive and caring. My team know I never give them a task I have never carried out myself. I would count myself as a “caring soul.”
