Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)Partial Hospital Program (PHP)Our Mental Health Outpatient Programs are designed to provide short-term stabilization and resolution for adolescent and adult individuals suffering from a crisis or exacerbation of their psychiatric condition. Our programs allow you to receive treatment while still maintaining an active and independent lifestyle at school, work or in the community at large. Our goal is to help you get back to living your life as quickly and productively as possible. You will have the opportunity to participate in the creation of a treatment plan, or road map for treatment, that will be tailored to meet your unique needs. Variables in treatment can involve your individualized experiences and needs, program track time, the involvement of significant others or family in treatment, anticipated length of treatment, among others.Programming includes psychotherapy groups, which provide the opportunity to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors impacting your current mood and functioning, and psychoeducation groups, where you will learn and practice coping skills.
