My primary work is providing cognitive behavioral therapy for adults in the San Francisco Bay Area. Every day, I see people making remarkable strides for themselves and I love assisting in this process. Coming from both a research and a clinical background, I am deeply committed to staying connected to evidence-based treatment approaches. I serve on the Society for a Science of Clinical Psychology to help clinicians use findings in basic science to guide their clinical work.
