Hi, I'm Jocelyn Teixeira, currently working as a Blue Product Support Engineer for the Autotask PSA team at Kaseya. I joined Kaseya in January after working as a Service Desk Analyst for Holiday Inn Club Vacations.I graduated with my Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Valencia College in May 2023. I returned to Valencia in Spring 2024 to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Cloud Computing. I plan to graduate with my Bachelor's degree in Fall 2025.I have been passionate about technology since the age of 8. Due to life circumstances, I was unable to pursue my technology dream until the Fall of 2020 when I moved to Florida from Massachusetts. Between 2020 and 2022, I worked towards my degree and eventually landed my breakthrough technology role as a Service Desk Analyst at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. Since then, I have been steadily advancing my career in the technology field.I have a background in Customer Service, where I prioritize customer satisfaction with my support and ensure that they leave satisfied. I have advanced experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office products, as well as experience with VMware virtual machines, Citrix, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Autotask PSA, network security, and SolarWinds, thanks to a combination of work experience and classroom learning.
