• As I've been working at Planet Fitness I've widened my knowledge greatly on customer service, sales and coming together as a team. Some of my responsibilities include selling memberships, giving tours and answering members questions and concerns wether that be face to face or over the phone. Other responsibilities include cleaning, monitoring and keeping our club a happy and healthy environment. I've grown with not only the members, but also with my coworkers as I've developed team and commutative skills.

• While working for Instacart the responsibilities I have are shopping for the items as requested, communicating with customers about any changes/issues with their orders, once that’s complete, I’m responsible for delivering the customers items in a timely manner.• From working for Instacart I’ve learned many things including customer service, communication, organization and handling stressful situations calmly and collectively.

I was given the responsibilities of cash handling, assisting customers and helping in other areas as needed.• From volunteering at this facility, I learned multiple things.
