Jocelyn has more than 20 years of experience in education, with the last 15 years in higher education. She has worked in a variety of roles, most recently in research development, leading activities that support a robust research enterprise. After embracing her passion for people and helping others succeed, Jocelyn became an ICF certified coach in 2024. Building relationships, supporting individuals and teams, and leading with listening are key components of her work.Currently, Jocelyn is the Assistant Director of Research Development and Administration at the School of Information at the University of Michigan (UMSI). In her current role, she is involved in a wide variety of research development activities, leading and developing educational and support programs and supporting research proposals and projects for the UMSI research community. As part of UMI's research office, she is focused on building relationships with faculty, connecting them with resources across campus and supporting each person as they navigate through their careers.Jocelyn holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being from George Mason University.
