I am responsible for material availability and supply of branded assets globally. Creation of a completely new global business process for ordering and supply of branded assets. Successful roll out to over 50 local markets. 28% decrease in overall spend on materials and delivery lead-times improved by 8 weeks.  Successful change management and flexible transition to the new process in a complex global business and at a time when new distributors are constantly being appointed. Management of suppliers & production planning to ensure global availability of materials at the right time and cost. Global consolidation of orders to meet MOQs and reach volume price breaks. SABMiller: The world’s 2nd largest brewer, selling over 200 premium beer brands across 80 countries and with 70,000 employees. Working within the Global Brands team I managed complex marketing projects including: Development of a premium on-trade point of sale range for Peroni, resulting a roll out to 35 international markets and beer sales increased by 15%. Working with brand teams and external agencies to develop clear and concise brand activation toolkits which enabled local marketing teams to launch new assets more effectively.  Briefing, development and ongoing management of global asset management websites, which allowed all markets to download any asset or tool to launch product including: logos, imagery, event plans and marketing material.

 Development and roll out of a new draught fount for Peroni which included briefing the design agency, liaison with procurement, appointment of supplier, local market engagement and project management to ensure very tight timelines were met. Managed and co-ordinated all logistics and execution of brand events on a global scale, including; briefing agencies, communicating with attendees/speakers/venue/entertainment suppliers as well as onsite management to ensure successful delivery. Promoted and oversaw the internal best practise competition globally to share best practice across markets & maintain a consistent brand identity across markets.

 Liaised with stakeholders and staff on behalf of the Chairman and Chief Executive including some change management. Project management of a summer student placement scheme, as well as organising the logistics and operations of events. Created and produced the monthly internal staff newsletter efficiently and on time.  Coordinated and organised the timetables, agendas and meetings for the Board, Director and Senior Management teams.
