Jocelyn has been Chief Operating Officer of Michael Faith Consultants since the firm went into full operation in January 2001. Her primary responsibilities are to oversee the firm in the daily operations which includes accounting , consulting, commercial finance control, taxation, secretarial and payroll work. Concurrently, she dedicates time to corporate affairs such as Financial Due Diligence, Merger and Acquisition and Initial Public Offerings. Jocelyn began her career with various auditing firms; venturing into consulting and the set-up of many successful trading firms.Jocelyn holds a Master of Taxation and is an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) and Accredited Tax Practitioner (GST) of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professional (SIATP). She is a fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), as well as a non-practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
