v Set up and timely update internal control and compliance policies to align with FCPA, local lawsand Corporate policy;v Support to establish entity control and compliance framework and enhance control and complianceculture within APAC region;v Lead to setup new internal control and compliance process in China and provide support to othercountries in APAC region on new internal control and compliance process setup;v Develop and deliver periodic and tailored control and compliance trainings to all business teams; v Monitor internal control and compliance risk including conducting pre-review of event applicationsand performing post-event forensic reviews within APAC region;v Perform compliance due diligence of high risk third parties;v Lead/Support to conduct investigation cases independently and present findings andrecommendations;v Provide internal control and compliance advice and guidance to business team.

v Monthly review financial statements, including checking the accuracy, completeness andclassification of all the items, analyzing the potential issues and working out solutions;v Periodically walkthrough all the processes and perform control self assessment and reporting; v Perform deep-dive reviewing on risky business areas, identify deficiency and improvementopportunities;v Lead to set up new process and process improvement projects with other functional departments; v Partner with internal audit (SOX audit and special audit) and external audit to ensure internalcontrol process are in accordance with accounting, legal and compliance requirements, includinganalyzing the control deficiency or issues and promptly remediate any issues;v (July 2017 – July 2018) Take extra role as Compliance Officer in China region and report to APACCompliance Director, mainly including setting the export compliance procedure, delivercompliance training and monitor the export compliance related matters.v Provide continuous consultancy to Business Team on regulation and compliance queries.

v Lead team to perform statutory audit and IPO audit for various companies, parts of which are listedcompany in PRC, HK and US. The companies involve in industries such as metallurgy, auto,high-tech, medical instruments and consultingv Understand the basic business module and procedure of the client and identify the significant risk;Identify and test all the key controls related to the risks; Evaluate the internal controls and providethe professional proposal to the clientv Understand the basic principles for preparation of financial statement; Perform procedures toobtain evidence for the amounts and disclosure of the financial statement and draw up the financial report

v Prepare database of the major operators, calculate key financial ratio and analyze their operating situations;v Prepare database of the major competitors and analyze their impact on the company from the perspective such as market share and growth rate.
