Jocelyn is a Program Manager at OneJustice, she manages the Executive Fellowship Program and is involved in policy and advocacy efforts at OneJustice. She is an Equity and Inclusion Lead, spearheading internal DEIAB work and empowering staff members to engage with and implement DEI values in their programmatic work. Jocelyn supports OneJustice’s Nonprofit Consulting and Technical Assistance services by providing trainings on staff wellness, vicarious trauma and burnout, and project management through a DEI lens. Prior to joining OneJustice, Jocelyn worked in public interest law at the Brennan Center for Justice, Georgetown Law Center’s Initiative for Gender Justice & Opportunity, and the Public International Law and Policy Group. These opportunities gave Jocelyn insight into effective strategies for increasing organizational impact and cultivating healthy, trauma informed work places. Jocelyn leverages eight years of professional experience in social justice to promote well-being, restorative justice/healing, and liberatory practices to benefit BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized identities in the workplace and in life. Jocelyn graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. and is also a licensed yoga teacher (200 YTT-Yoga Alliance).
