I am a passionate Aerospace Engineering student at Virginia Tech, and am expected to graduate with my B.S. in May 2027. Upon graduation, I intend to pursue a career in the aeronautics industry, and will gain necessary experience through participation in internships and co-ops throughout my undergraduate career. During the summer of 2024, I interned at General Dynamics Mission Systems in Marion, VA as a Manufacturing and Logistics intern. This opportunity allowed me to gain experience in the field of aerospace manufacturing. I was able to improve manufacturing processes, create written documentation of physical processes, and assist in the implementation of engineering design changes. At this time, I would like to spend my career contributing to research and design engineering within the aeronautics industry, more specifically on how new research can be practically applied to benefit the industry as a whole.
