In the past, I discovered that I got a real sense of fulfilment, joy and satisfaction from playing a part in empowering people to transform their lives in positive ways. Some of the techniques I had been using, particularly NLP and Clean Questioning techniques, were having such dramatic and powerful results in my one-to-one coaching with life coaching clients and senior level health professionals, that I began to incorporate them into my supervision of the teams I was managing. Sickness absence dropped to zero, motivation and positivity shot through the roof and the project became known for its high levels of team efficiency and productivity. Because these results were so amazing, I trained my teams to use some of these coaching techniques with the families they were working with, again with incredible results that were acknowledged by statutory inspection visits, which graded the project as “outstanding” in changing outcomes for local children and families.Go Get Sober is a culmination of my experience and enables me to focus on an area of need that I'm passionate about. And, it helps me to reach and help more people through going online and being a global service.Go Get Sober offers a direct, no-nonsense but nurturing and empowering approach. It is both a structured programme (with Modules containing day-to-day guidance and steps to take) and a private online community. The support and understanding of like-minded people is vital to help members feel comfortable, motivated and inspired and the carefully crafted use of tried and tested NLP and coaching techniques is what makes it so successful in effecting powerful, lasting and permanent change.
