I was the go-to person for Singapore, India and Australia, and the employee engagement partner for our Shanghai engineering team. Unity Singapore received the Fair Employer Pledge from TAFEP and shortly after we won the Tripartite Alliance Award 2018, recognising us as one of the best employers in Singapore! This was also our first employer award win in APAC. Honoured to be part of the team that is always ready for changes... We implemented a more fluid and relevant performance review framework. We launched individual and group learning opportunities for employees by tapping on both internal and external resources. I formalised Flexible Work Arrangements (Work-Life Strategies) for the Singapore team. We refreshed our benefits and I partnered with the vendor to launch the benefits portal. I revamped the onboarding process to make it more welcoming for new joiners, and proactively found ways to make them more engaged and successful on a personalised basis. I am humbled to see through inaugural initiatives in employee events – charity event with children’s home and other new experiences.I also had a global view through managing and improving HRIS usage and support, global headcount reporting, board approvals and executive reports; and analysing and proposing global job roles/ titles, salaries, relocation packages and commission structure.
