I’m a Co-Founder and Director of Evangelism for agile Microsoft data consulting firm P3 Adaptive. I have more than two decades of experience delivering software and process improvements, growing a business from scratch, and driving digital marketing efforts.Prior to P3, I was a former Microsoft Engineer and Program Manager for some of their most important business units. This experience exposed me to the possibilities of the MS tech stack, agile methodologies, and most importantly, the transformative effects that using data intelligently provides an organization. In 2013, I transitioned my skills into entrepreneurship and co-founded P3 Adaptive with Rob Collie. We’re a new breed of authentically human Power BI, Azure, & Fabric, consulting, training, and advisory services company focused on enabling our customers to run their businesses more efficiently, saving them millions of dollars. Outside of work, I'm actively involved in animal rescue, volunteering with the Humane Society for Hamilton County and other central Indiana rescues. I am an avid supporter of spaying/neutering, fostering, and adopting animals, believing that these are critical to reducing overpopulation and needless deaths of companion animals.
